JNJ Construction, LLC and Owner, Jerry Conrad have over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate development. Previous commercial experience include Lakeside Mall (retail build out), Poydras Plaza Properties, office space development and build out, various strip malls and storage facility properties. Residential developments include Pontchartrain Point and Aurora Riverside Developments Phase 1 & 2.

Larger commercial projects include Lager’s Grill & Ale House, Self Storage Facilities in Louisiana and Mississippi  and Baton Rouge Apartment renovations.

Prior to starting JNJ, Mr. Conrad was project manager for the construction of The Sheraton Hotel, Phase 1 of The New Orleans Convention Center and Hotel de la monnie.
