Jerry Conrad Sr. is the founder and owner of JNJ. He has been involved in general contracting and construction management in both residential and commercial projects for over 20 years. He is a licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate agent. Construction Management experience includes development of the New Orleans Convention Center, The Sheraton Hotel and Poydras Plaza.

Jerry Conrad Jr. has been a project manager for the last 6 years. He is a Jesuit and LSU alumni and a veteran of the United States Army, having spent 12 months in Iraq just before Katrina. Being a resident of Lakeview, Jerry operates our field office in Lakeview.
