JNJ, originally founded as a development company, performs a wide range of construction services. Since Hurricane Katrina, JNJ has performed over 50 new construction and renovated projects. We started as soon as the waters went down for our friends and have been working on a referall basis ever since. JNJ is licensed with the State Contractors Board in both residential and commercial construction and is fully insured.

JNJ Construction is a group of project managers who specialize in residential new construction and major renovations. We are proud of bringing over 50 families home as well as the communities of Trinity Christian Community Center and Canal Street Presbyterian Church. Our team includes the following:

Jerry Conrad Sr. is the founder and owner of JNJ. He has been involved in general contracting and construction management in both residential and commercial projects for over 20 years. He is a licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate agent.

Jerry Conrad Jr. has been a project manager for the last 4 years. He is a Jesuit and LSU alumni and a veteran of the United States Army, having spent 12 months in Iraq just before Katrina. Being a resident of Lakeview, Jerry operates our field office on the corner of Memphis and Lane.
